Screening event through indeed, wait time was 50 minutes. It seems that they are being overworked and although the person interviewing tries their best, it does feel like they are rushed

two thirty minute sessions with the hiring manager and the director. The interview was fairly straightfoward. Catalent tends to hire based off of educational status rather than finding the perfect fit for the role.

- HM and Panel: More inclined towards technical.
