I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Catalyst Marketing (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2017
Interview
Completely misleading. do notT interview here. "Event Coordinator" is selling from a table in Sam's Club or Costco. Very unprofessional interviews (3 in total). Basically they are trying to make you buy into the company using consumer psychology tactics on you, talking about big profit figures to come in only months. They give an extremely undetailed job description. Make sure you ask a lot
of questions because they definitely struggled to answer some when I started to get curious about the position. Also has no respect for the fact that I had just finished an MBA program. Very rude, disrespectful, but put on a nice front.

Question 1
Why do you think someone in this business should start at the entry level to work their way up to the top?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Catalyst Marketing in July 2014
Interview
Got called up for interview 1 day after submitting my application via email. The first interview was with the HR manager. The interview was more about understanding your experience and interests and explaining what the role was about. The role was more focused on direct face to face sales so they wanted to know if I had any sales experience. But they mentioned that it is ok to not have any sales experience.
