The interviews themselves were overall enjoyable, and everyone was very friendly. The recruiter was responsive and transparent until they suddenly left the company (had to find out via LinkedIn after not hearing anything for 4 business days post 4th interview). Eventually managed to get a response by emailing the manager I originally interviewed with. It didn’t seem like there was an organized handoff for candidates in the middle of the interview process. After 4 interviews, I was told they didn’t see alignment. While I enjoyed talking to all of the team members I met, it seems odd to put someone through 4 interviews before suddenly deciding to pass due to misalignment on the role itself.
