Interview
The company flew me out to Chicago, picked me up in an actual limo, and I was interviewed by about 10 people over the course of a full day. This followed multiple phone calls and prior interviews, and was followed by another long series of interviews. It was fully 4 months after the full day of interviews by the time I was offered the position, which still included a rather rigorous background check.

Not prepared and have a candidate wait for 30 minutes. Supervisors not experienced and communicate negatives. I am sure UHC will.be revamping management and doing layoffs as they have done with their acquisition s.

clueless not prepared omg high attrition rate and no clue why... people leave because of management don't not blame Optum. for your attrition own up.
asked about ethics...my team did not have ethical issues. lead by example. It appears change has not done well for upper management as well as entry level managers. not surprised they have attrition issues.
