The interview process was great. You email the manger, send your resume, & schedule your interview. It is about at 2-3 week process from email to hire. The interview was very relaxed & comfortable.

Question 1
I was mainly asked about my experience and my availability. Catawba is a growing company so if you have other skills that can help with that growth you’ll be asked about that. I was asked about social media. It really wasn’t stressful. Just speaking about who you are.
