Applied through LinkedIn, the recruiter reached out for a screening round for a week later. First of all, the recruiter didn't join on time and was 10 mins late. There were just 2 questions about work experience and why Catawiki. I asked some questions about the role as well as work culture at Catawiki. A few days later I received an email that I've not been selected for further rounds. First time in my life, I had been rejected in the screening round. 😂

I applied online and was contacted promptly by the HR to setup an initial call. The initial call was an introductory conversation and the decision was made to move on to the next round - a conversation with the existing team members. 3 days later I was asked for the exact dates to have the technical interview. 3 days after replying to them, I get a response to say that an offer was made to another applicant. In hindsight, it is good that they stopped my process before the technical interview, although it is strange they did not wait to finish interviewing all their candidates.
