I submitted my resume through Linkedin, about two days later I received an email inviting me for a 'one way video interview'. After I clicked the link in the email, I had to enter my email to confirm and then upload my resume again. After reading the other recent review, I think I dodged a bullet. Zero respect for a candidates time and ignorant of the fact that interviews are a two way street.
