Interview
You normally have a dinner with a host the night before your interview. You meet your host first the next morning. He/she took you to the room for interview. There are total three interviewers. They all have few sheets of paper in hand. Interview questions were printed on those papers. They read the questions and take notes. Use STAR to answer their questions.

Give me a time you handle with a difficult customer.
It was for hourly pay entry level staff accountant position. A staffing agency contacted me and I interviewed for it. They were hiring for corporate accounting and management accounting. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and they only asked behavioral questions. It was a virtual interview with two of the team members who were hiring.

The interview consisted of behavioral /situational questions. Describe a time when... work well with others? dealing with a team member that didn't agree with you? etc - use the STAR method

STAR Format Interview process, Interview panel, standard interview, over a month to hear back from Caterpillar. Over Microsoft Teams which didn't not work during the initial interview. Are we at 30 words yet?
