It is a set process starting with a brief introduction. Minimum of 3 interviewers will conduct the interview with standard questions provided by HR. Each interviewer will focus on a specific area that is intended to get a sense of technical, interpersonal, and company values. Managers can and will, however, ask questions, not on the list. Following the interview, managers rate their responses in several areas and do a consensus review where scores are consolidated by the hiring manager.
