Interview
There were two different interviewers with each asking their questions. The atmosphere was somewhat informal.
For my position they use former employees who have experience with the field you are applying for and are retired to act as interviewers. They then ask questions, often the same questions but worded differently.
There was no direct job offer after the interview. I was told I would be contacted at a later time.

Interview
Submitted an application and heard back from them a few months later to come in for an interview. At the interview, I went in and was seated before 5 people and was different questions and was then allowed to ask questions. It was intended to be a difficult interview, I guess to see how you were under pressure.
