Caterwings Services interview questions

Initial 1 on 1 call, which was entirely behavioural and generally very easy and conversational. This call was followed by a long case study, which was difficult for the job.

Had a first round of interview which went really well - was happy about it. The second interview took long to schedule because the interviewee kept changing times (very unprofessional). Eventually the interview happened over the phone (though we had arranged a Skype video-call). The interviewee hadn’t read my CV and didn’t know anything about me + seemed very uninterested and like I was a waste of time. After the call I was waiting for a home assignment (arranged during the phone call) which I was never sent. Overall a bad experience because a) very bad internal organizing b) very unprofessional manners. If that’s the premise, it’s for sure not somewhere I want to work at.
