The initial phone conversation with the program manager went very well. The phone interview consisted of questions on: Why are you interested in this position? What are you currently doing? The conversation lasted for approximately 30 minutes and was invited for a group interview.
The group interview included the program manager and two other members of the team. Each member of the panel asked questions from a list which covered topics from Why are you interested in this agency? How does this work fit your professional experience? What are you experiences with the target population? The overall experience was positive and you got the sense that everyone was very passionate about the work they did.
