You have to fill out a paper application and turn it into the store. If they are in need, they’ll contact you pretty quickly. Your first interview is with the store manager. This will consist of the basic interview questions and then you’ll venture out onto the floor to put outfits together. You’ll also take a personality survey and discuss your results. If the store manager refers you for hire, you will interview with the District Manager. It will be quick and simple. Overall, the process takes up to 2 weeks before you start training.
