Interview
I met with three people, all very nice, including the person currently in the role, the manager, and another rep. The person leaving the role had been promoted after 5 years, which made me question if the timeline for upward mobility would work for me, especially considering my experience in the CS space. Also, there was only one customer experience rep, and I prefer to work with a team. The same questions were asked in each interview, all fairly typical for a CS role. Ultimately, the compensation did not meet my needs.

3 interviews with very nice employees, including the girl whose post I would have taken. The same questions were asked in each interview. I was eventually offered a position, but declined. It seemed that customer service for the company was handled by one person.
