Applied on their website, and a zoom interview was scheduled days later. I was interviewed by two senior employees of the company, both of who were
clearly unprepared. One had to pull over for the interview in his car while the other apparently wasn't expecting a black African immigrant, given my western name. The interview lasted for about 40min and was mostly
about the Data Center needing to fill a secondary helper position immediately.
I was told they will get back to me but that didn't happen, not even the courtesy of a rejection email.
