Was asked to write a 300 word report on FX and 50 words on something I'm passionate about. Had a call with HR too. After this, I got ghosted. Waste of my time to spend hours preparing and writing for them to not even receive feedback. When I told them my salary demands they seemed hesitant, I'm pretty sure they pay well below market rate.
