I was called for an interview and met with an HR Manager and the Head of the Division. I was asked about my education background and some questions. For example, describe a difficult project you were involved in, knowledge of financial analysis etc.

It was a very pleasant process. The 3 panelist had different types of questions respectively, each of them had topics to question on. Within the interview they mainly focussed on conditional situations and how you handled or would handle them. Things like 'what would you do' or 'given this situation...'
