I was contacted by a recruiting firm who I met with in person to discuss the position at Cbeyond. The first interview you go into I would say is like a screening where you meet with a manager who assesses your personality, gets an understanding of you, and sells the reasons to work for the company. The second day you go out into the field along with a sales rep to see what a typical day is like working for Cbeyond. The third day you go out with anther sales rep and try to do what they do. On the third day they also decide whether they want to extend a job offer or not.
