They invited me for an assessment. When I went to their office, the front desk assistance gave me an application form to fill up. After that, I waited for few minutes to take the exam. There are 2 sets of exam. First is the behavioral and the second one is the IQ test. The behavioral exam is not time pressured but the IQ test was. After the exam, they told us to wait for the result. After 30 mins, then names that was called where the ones who will get to the next step which is the interview, since they have an elimination process. Once you failed, you won't have a chance to get interviewed. After the initial interview, they will text you for the schedule of the final interview.

Initial interview then after a week, you'll receive an email for an exam or assessment online. I wasn't able to pass as it was a timed exam per part and mostly are needed to be understood clearly.
