I applied online and was invited to a technical interview for a .NET Developer position. The process included one round of questions focused on C# fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and basic algorithms. Unfortunately, I was not well prepared at the time and did not pass the interview. The interviewers were professional and the overall experience was informative
