Cedar Financial interview questions

They started the interview with 2 lac EA postion. Gave me an offer for another position. fior 1.5 lac and then gave an offer for another position for 40k.... I was taken aback because I was very excited about this job. They even called me for tests on a very short notice which were just personality tests conducted online and according to them based on the results of those onlijne tests they did not give me the other job. It was very disappointing becuase while this was going on i was so positive that i declined another good offer that i recieved from another company. and turned out they changed the offer they gave me 3 times. Very disappointing
