The phone interview was very easy, and there was no interview past it. The questions are very basic, and as long as you sound semi-educated, you should be fine. An offer was made during phone the interview.
Super easy and quick process. I did a Skype interview since I did not live in Sandusky by the park. The manager was very easy going, and they really want upbeat and positive people. If you are quiet or extremely timid and seem standoffish, you're less likely to get hired. After you are hired, you will have to go through a round of orientations (one for the park and one for your department) and you'll get to see where you'll be living and who you'll be living with for the summer. The internationals arrive in June-July, so they'll be there later.

Interview
She called me at first to set up a skype interview, because I don't live in Sandusky. It was short, brief, and she told me I was hired at the end of it. No more than 30 minutes. I dressed up business casual and she was friendly.
