The interview process for this particular position was pretty casual. It involved fairly loose explanations of my expected responsibilities, and an informal conversation naturally arose with the supervisor about videography and gear.

They gave me an over the phone interview and then in person interview. The in person job was more of a formality, but was aimed at younger people/ teens who hadn't had prior interviews before.
