Celerant Technology, Corp. interview questions

Easy, no complications, no skills or any technical question. The company does not have a standard process in place for interviews. Does not request IQ test, skill test. The Company does not do any background check. No background check is quite scary, never thought about that as an employee.

Smooth interview process can't complain. I was tested on my skills and had a review after a few weeks of working there. The process seemed very fair and they gave me the time to prove my true knowledge. After 90 days there is an interview with the CEO to go over the company goals and your expectations as employee. Overall you know what's expected from you and what you need to do to succeed in this company.
