Interview
mostly behavioral interview with 4 other people, 2 interns and 2 full time employees. Textbook interview questions, and it was around a 30 minute long interview. The 2 full time employees had no technical knowledge. The 2 interns asked kind of technical questions which were easy. A lot of questions were resume based.
I had a great experience throughout the hiring process. My initial phone conversation with HR was very positive—she was kind, considerate, and even asked about my midterm exams to ensure scheduling would work well for me, which I really appreciated.
The interview with the hiring manager also went very well. He created a comfortable and engaging atmosphere, even sharing about his day highlights. discussion focused on problem-solving, understanding data sources, and handling bugs, which made the conversation both practical and insightful. Overall, the process felt thoughtful and well-structured, and I was happy to receive an offer about two weeks later.
