      Very easy and transparent great communication. Recruiter was upfront about all the benefits and pay and did not wait till the last minute. Really engaging hiring managers at least for my interview process.

      The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Celigo

      Interview

      I started the interview process in October. The recruiter and the hiring manger were a pleasure. It got a little unusual with the interviews led by the CSM Leads. Their interviews were more an interrogation. I did a 20 minute mock renewal presentation for the leads and they were OVERLY BRUTAL. I could barely get through a slide. It felt like hazing. The feedback I received was that my style of CSM was different than theirs and they would not be offering me the position.
