Long interview process. 4 interviews over a month and a half. One of the calls included a mock onboarding kick-off call presentation. They asked challenging questions. The direct manager was not an employee focused 'people person'. I gave the benefit of the doubt as it was a mock kick-off. Customers can sometimes be challenging. After hiring, this behavior continued and excuses were made constantly for this person.
