Applied online. Was then contacted for a phone interview with HR. Then had a follow up interview with a couple of the members of the team I would be joining.

Do you have any experience with automated liquid handling?
They start off with a phone screen interview and then you’ll have 3 other interviews with people on the team if they like you. Then they make their decision. It’s a very long process and could take a month or maybe more.

Interview
While the initial screening interview was pretty standard, they will not accept OPT work authorization for entry level roles (even though there is no need of sponsorship for 3 years). It reflected on their potential for growth or the lack of it.
