I applied online. I interviewed at Cello Health in July 2021
Interview
Multiple rounds of conversations with various people followed by a presentation.
Felt like it went well but they said I didn't have the experience they were looking for and they had gone another way.
Same advert continued cropping up every couple of months in later searches. Get the impression there was more of an extended recruitment process with them planning to hire anyone great who came up rather than planning to choose someone for a specific role. That's fine but might have been nicer to be clearer about the recruitment process up front.
Generally a pleasant experience and tbh I'm only writing this because otherwise Glassdoor wont let me look at other things.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Cello Health (Florham Park, NJ)
Interview
Typical phone interview, mostly to see if you are a good fit. This was followed by a full-day case study with meetings in between. Be prepared to talk and present in front of people.
