Applied via GlassDoor, was contacted within a week. Performed a simple online recorded video questionnaire with basic questions. Was contacted by a recruiter and asked to drive an hour and half to Kemah, Texas to meet with him the following week. Showed up, the recruiter wasn't expecting me even though I was scheduled to meet. He gave about an hour long interview with various questions and a breakdown of their training process and payment structure. I shook his hand and was hired on the Spot.. Or so I thought ( you are not officially hired until you complete a 1 month paid training program at which you are employed by a temp agency.) Disclaimer* about 2/3 of my training class did not complete the training and was not asked to onboard with Cellular Sales. I completed the training, worked for Cellular Sales for 4 months and then voluntarily resigned.
