Interview
You will have three interviews. First is a phone interview, second in person with a Sales Lead, third is with the regional director. If you have what it takes they will notice and give you a chance, despite lack of telecom experience.
One on one with one interview possibly two you get a notification pretty which and training is three months. Learning the systems and system trainings. Then you got the floor it's a great job
The interview process was relaxed. The interviewer asked several standard questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer was friendly and welcoming. They explained the job in detail and how pay and benefits would work.
