The interview process was well structured. There were timely action items and next steps after each round, with good communication throughout. The interviewers were engaging and asked thoughtful questions that made the experience even better.

Case study challenge - dataset, analyze the data and present findings
A recruiter reached out after I applied through their website and quickly set up an interview with two Celonis employees: a Senior Consultant and a Manager/Director.
I believe the interview went well because I was able to answer all of their technical and situational questions. However, they ended up ghosting me. I never received a 'thank you' note or any information regarding next steps—which I understood would have been a technical challenge round using their product."

Situational Cases: They asked behavioral questions specifically based on the projects and experience listed on my CV.
Grauenhafte HR. Nach erfolgreichen und positiven ersten Gesprächen wird man geghostet. Und das war jetzt bei mehreren Bewerbungen schon der Fall gewesen. Auf mehrere Mails wird nicht reagiert. Sind mehr fokussiert auf LinkedIn zu connecten als auf den Bewerbungsprozess selbst. Sehr unprofessionell.
