There was an initial phone screen with the recruiter and the hiring manager, followed by a presentation prompt backed by their software where you had to basically sell their services to a client, followed by a presentation to an executive team who would simulate a client presentation scenario and grill you on why Celonis is valuable (backed by data and knowledge of their software)

The interview process was very structured, clearly communicated and very swift: from the first interview with recruitment to the final offer, it took only three weeks. Feedback was provided along the process in a prompt and useful way.

First interview is with recruitment, the second one is more focused on the role fit and the third one includes a practical exercise which gives the candidate the opportunity to show their analytical skills, as well as to try out the Celonis EMS and fall in love with it!
