Interview
The hiring process was very smooth. It started with a phone call which led to a first interview over Skype with HR, followed by an in-person interview with the line manager and then a last one with the company CEO
First a screening call, then a in person interview and a case study. Good interview and case setup, you get a demo environment to present in and get some freedom in how to present it. Fair assessment where I focused a bit too technical instead of the big picture wins.

At first the interview process seemed rather onerous with the need to prepare a number of presentations and do a role play. However, I found this approach very good at getting me to deeply research the organisation, and I found the more I discovered the more I was fascinated by the company and the opportunity.
