It was intense, but worth it. I had four interviews and one presentation. It was a lot to ask but when I reflected on it, I was glad they put everyone through a process.

Interview
I had an initial screening with a recruiter, followed by an interview with a VP and director. Following that, I executed a case study that was presented to Leadership. The case study is challenging - but a good introduction to the role / system. Overall, really great process. The interview felt like not only were they interviewing me but I was also interviewing them and Celonis to understand if it would be a good fit for me.

Background, experience with clients, experience with Supply Chain
5-6 steps comprising interviews with HR, manager, VP of division and county leader, as well as a challenge (i.e. a role-specific exercise) to be presented in front of 2 senior people as a role-play exercise. Finally an online cognitive test with the purpose of profiling employees.

- personal background (education & work experience)
- current work experience (tasks, responsibilities, career advancement, vision & expectations)
- Celonis (why Celonis, corporate pitch, competition)
- Customer value manager position (why this position, candidate's fit with the position, expectations, role-specific situational questions)
- more technical questions throughout the challenge/exercise to test understanding of company & product as well as analytics and communication skills

The interview process was comprised of 3 interviews(HR/Recruiting, Hiring Manager and Chief Customer Office) and 1 presentation known as the "Celonis Challenge". You will be asked to demonstrate your ability to prove value with your customers and share a few of those experiences at a high level.
