Rigorous and complete. Celonis is focused on hiring the right talent and as a result, the interview process ensured discussions with not only your hiring leader, also, internal partners within the organization. VERY informative and ensured I was able to make a decision to join Celonis.

A process mining company that clearly doesn't understand its own processes. Three invitations for the first interview, two of which nobody showed up for. Automated scheduling with no flexibility and no apology for the wasted time. And then the crowning question in the interview: 'Where do you live?' – as if that wasn't already answered in the application form. The interviewer couldn't answer any questions about the position itself, claiming they didn't have access to the relevant department. A prime example of inefficiency and unprofessionalism.
