Interview
Very friendly. Group interview. Tour of facility. Discussion of job requirements. Discussion of company benefits. Company is subsidiary of Comsonics, inc. Manufactures test equipment for cable industry. Culture is production focused, management considers itself as assistance to production workers - "they pay our salaries". Employee-owned business. Very lean manufacturing philosophy, all persons involved have the right and obligation to make suggestions to improve processes. Company reimbursed mileage and meals, paid for local hotel.
