Cenegenics interview questions

Had initial phone interview with recruiter then 2 more rounds with managers and peer level staff. After a week or so after the final interviews recruiter calls to tell me they are very interested and to hold off and give them time for other interviews. Another week goes by and I sent a follow up still expressing my interest in the position. Received a response stating they’ll be in touch soon but after that no response at all, completely ghosted. Pretty demoralizing to be strung along and being told you’ll be reached out to and get radio silence after especially from a midsized company.
