Interview
Three rounds of phone interviews: first with the Talent Recruiter, then with the IP Manager, and finally with the IP Director. Whole process took about 4-5 weeks, very thorough on the follow up calls. The rejection call was very unclear about why they didn't hire me, they only pointed out how impressed they were and how much they liked X and Y.
