Interview
It was supposed to be in total 5 round interview process but I only met the recruiter and hiring manager. The recruiter level was fantastic, they were open and honest and provided a clear understanding of the process and what they were looking for in the role.
The hiring manager on the other hand didn't seem to know what role they were hiring for as they didn't really ask me any questions about my background but spent time criticizing my resume (which didn't make any sense because I passed the recruiter screen). They also seemed to be more interested in hiring for the Senior position as they went into detail for that instead of the junior role. Overall I'd say I was disappointed with the professionalism of the hiring manager and wish they had a better process or person hiring people instead.

They told me they wanted to interview me after I sent a resume and a cover letter, and we agreed on a time. After this they ghosted me. The recruiter didn't call me at the scheduled time, they also didn't try to contact me after. No apologies, no explanations.
