Centaurus Financial interview questions

The application was super simple, and I heard back quickly. They invited me for an interview, but the interview process was weird. You basically attended one of their sales meetings, and then they offered you an unpaid intern position if you wanted one.

It started with a small presentation about the company and the JD. The company is into the prop trading and do the trading on commodity futures all across the world. 1. First process was of aptitude. 2. 2 rounds of interview (Why do you want to be trader?; Are you a quick decision maker? etc.) 3. A technical test (numerical ability) 4. Interview with senior management in London through Video conference.(Final Round).
