Interview
Phone screen by HR personnel followed by initial interview. Behavioral interviews are encouraged, and a template is distributed. Beware that if the hiring manager asks other team members to interview you, as is often the case, you may answer the same questions several times, as everyone works from the same template. You will be asked to describe situations that show your ability to be flexible, work well with others, take initiative, and troubleshoot. You will also be asked to describe your technical expertise.

How would you handle a situation where you are expected to meet deadlines, yet one particular member of the project team refuses to complete his/her action item. What steps would you take to get that line item on your project plan checked off?
Hiring Manager came to the interview unprepared and did not have questions ready. Interviewer was unprofessional and seemed lost. Waste of time for me. I hope other managers are not like this.

Interview
The interview process was smooth. HR contacted me about a week after I submitted my application. The first round was a recorded AI interview followed by a second-round interview with the hiring managers a week later. The third and final round took place another week after that where I met with potential team members I would be working with. I received an offer one week after the final interview. Good Luck!

30 minutes over the phone with the talent acquisition manager. They talked about the hiring process and gave a description of the job and company. Wanted me to give them information about my skills and experience.
