I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Centene
Interview
I first received an email and then set up a phone interview with Alishea, she seems nice and asked mostly standard interview questions. After the phone interview they contacted me for an onsite interview but because I couldn't see myself working there I declined the interview. Looking back I should have at least gone to the onsite interview.

Question 1
I can't remember the exact question but it was along the lines of "What two words would you use to describe your work ethic?"
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Centene (Saint Louis, MO) in Jan 2025
Interview
structured, engaging, and moderate in difficulty, often focusing on behavioral questions using the STAR method. The process usually involves a recruiter screen followed by team or panel interviews, with many candidates noting a positive, welcoming, and mission-driven atmosphere
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Centene (Charlotte, NC) in June 2024
Interview
Lengthy interview process, but the recruiters and team leaders do a great job of setting expectations of what the following interview rounds will look like. Recruiters are also very responsive to questions in between rounds of interviews.

This was a few months ago. Got a phone interview with a recruiter. Then a zoom call with lead engineers. Process went smoothly and interviewers were very helpful and nice.
