Interview
First contact was by phone, which went okay, and led up to a multiple person face-to-face interview. The face to face was with an IT manager, and an actual Developer. This two person interview lasted approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes; followed up by a 20 minute separate interview with an HR representative.

Q. "Describe a situation to where you needed help to resolve an issue, and how did you go about resolving it." I typically seek help from fellow teammates first, and then utilize the Internet. This was asked in both the IT part of the interview, and again during the HR interview.
