30 minute phone interview with hiring manager. She was very nice and easy to talk to. She explained the position and the company process. Also the company expectations. I was asked 3 situational questions. Which I was able to think of situations I have had that fit the questions. Wished I had been a little more specific in my answers. Awaitng response. Next step is background checks. Them face to face interview. I hope I make it!
