started with a presentation about the location and perks of job followed by a 2 person interview and we were asked to strip and make a bed. Friendly interviewers and fairly relaxed environment with all questions being read off of a piece of paper.

Approx. 2.5-3hr process. Starts with a very informative presentation about the company and benefits, then a tour of a lodge with an observation exercise followed by a one to one interview. There were approx. 14 people that attended on my interview day.

Reallt great interview, I think they give you the job on a mark scheme on how many questions you get “right” definitely don’t overthink answers
It is slightly unprofessional, you sit in booths at a restaurant and many other applicants are being interviewed at the same time, although two employees do interview you at once , which is definitely something to note makes it slightly more daunting
