I attended a recruitment open day and was taken in for an interview immediately. I took the interview in a separate room though a second interview also took place in the room halfway through mine. The interviewer was very friendly and professional.

Went for swim test and swam 50 meters adn then had an interview where i was asked questions about my self and center parks and why i would like to work for center parks in wobrun sands

Applied through the company's website and was unsuccessful. Called up to find out why I was unsuccessful and attempted to convince the company that I should be given an interview. Got an interview so went in. Chatted with two senior members of staff for 30mins or so. Standard interview questions.
