There were 15 of us ushered into a restaurant where we had to wait for people who had gotten lost. We then had a tour of a lodge, and an observation exercise which was very rushed and not a lot of space to observe because of the amount of people there. We were then taken back to the restaurant, given a presentation, and then had face to face interviews with two members of staff. The face to face interview was relaxed and easy, no need to be overly nervous as you were made to feel welcome.
