Phone interview, Zoom interview and in-person interview. It seemed pretty straight forward into it the day of the interview and then it seemed discriminatory. Not many black supervisors at Cases although most of the clientele is black and brown.

I was offered an interview a week after applying. First interview was via TEAMS, lasted about an hour and was asked scenario based questions. Second interview was the following week, which basically was a tour of Criminal Court and what to expect from day to day.

Interview was standard and consisted of multiple phases. Final phase was in person at one of their locations, where you meet with various staff to get a feel for the day to day there.
