I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Center for Autism and Related Disorders (Woodland Hills, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
Easy. Not strenuous of stressful. Had us imitate play and demonstrate that you have play skills as it is something you cant often teach. The interview was informal, and it was simply two chairs facing each other. No table or anything. The interview was fun. When I applied for a position on the administrative team, the interview was done via skype.

Interview
Easy, did an in person interview. Questions were very basic, more open ended to hear about experience. Screening process was unhelpful as recruiters didn't have answers to all my questions
